Le Fevre Spirits Co. was established by two mates, Jeremy and Jason, with one sole passion - to create perfectly natural, enjoyable spirits. We are a small independent bottler located in Adelaide.

PORT CREEK - AUSTRALIAN SINGLE MALT WHISKY
Port Creek Whiskies are bottled directly from the cask. This process means the whisky, when bottled, is 100% natural from the barrel. Non-flocked, non-chill filtered, no preservatives, additives or artificial colours.
Port Creek small batch release contains 100% of the natural oils and fats in the barrel. Our whiskies will appear naturally cloudy and hazy. This is perfectly normal, and we think it makes the whisky retain more flavour and creates a more exciting texture on the palate, providing a greater tasting experience.
